How do I get Fillme?
You can go to Fillmefuels.ca to create an account and input some basic information about your vehicles, address and payment information. Fillme will text you twice a week when the delivery trucks are in your area, the only thing you need to do is to reply “yes” to the text message and leave the gas flaps of the cars you would like fueled, open. It’s that easy!
The Fillme App is available in the Greater Moncton Area for on-demand ordering.

Is there a charge for cancelling a Fillme order?
There may be charge for cancellation if your delivery has already been routed (our driver is on their way), if we are unable to access your vehicle due to its placement, or if your vehicles are not where you indicated they were. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you in these cases. If you need to cancel an order, we suggest doing so before the start of your delivery window. Any cancellation fee will match the delivery fee.
Can I choose which of my cars get Fillme?
Yes, just leave the gas flaps open on all the vehicles that you need filled. Our highly trained delivery drivers will only fill the cars with gas flaps that are in this condition and skip any of your vehicles with a closed flap.
Can I skip a fill?
Absolutely! On our Route Service plan, we text you twice a week to remind you that our trucks are around delivering fuel, just reply “no” (or don’t reply at all) and we’ll get in touch the next time we’re in the neighborhood.
How do I know I’m getting the amount of gas I paid for?
Fillme is by Measures certified by the same certification process as your local gas station. Fillme uses similar pump and meter technology you’d find at a gas station, including an auto shut-off when your tank reaches its full capacity.
How much fuel will Fillme deliver?
Fillme will pump fuel until the automatic shut-off feature of the pump engages. In order to avoid spilling fuel or causing damage to your vehicle’s vapor-recovery system our drivers will never “top off” your tank.
How do I pay for Fillme?
Once you enter your credit card information in the Fillme app, you will be charged after your service is complete. You will receive a confirmation text when service is complete as well as an email receipt. Fillme uses Stripe for easy, encrypted card transactions. Stripe is an industry-leading payment processor trusted by thousands of companies.
Do you keep my payment information on file?
Yes, your payment information is stored in a secure digital vault by our payment service provider. Fillme does not store your payment information on our own servers.
How much does it cost to get Fillme?
When you join Fillme, you become a member of our community. For $20 per month, your membership includes discounts on fuel prices! Members pay for the cost of gas and services and our prices are competitive in each market and performed by our field techs. For complete information on services, please check the Fillme app.
Why does Fillme pre-authorize my card when I order?
The Fillme pre-authorization process is the same as your local gas station. The pre-authorization is not an actual charge to your credit card. It allows us to check that your payment method is okay for use before we get to your car. Because we do not charge you for payment until the fuel delivery has been completed, this pre-authorization confirms the card is active before we route to your location. Once we successfully deliver your gas, the pre-authorization disappears and is replaced by the actual cost of your fill.
We don’t maintain the pre-authorization past the time of your delivery. If you find that your account has a hold on it from Fillme past the date of your delivery window, your payment provider may be keeping it on your account for their own security reasons.
